Whatchamacallit

Don't bother calling. I called on a Saturday to make an appt for a mother of the bride dress. Was told by a young man that they only do those types of dresses on Thursday 10am - 6pm. Asked if I needed an appt. He didn't know, but suggested I call back Tuesday. Called Tuesday was told the person to talk to was busy and to call back in one hour. Asked if I could call back at 5:30m when I'm off work. The answer was no because the lady leaves by 5pm. Called back again and was left on hold for over 10 mins. Apparently only one person makes the appts. and she is either busy or not in. Finally gave up and made appt with another shop.
