Love, love, love this place!! It is THE place to go for all your party needs especially mums!! This is my second year using Smith's Balloons and Homecoming Headquarters and they have great service, ladies walking around to assist you, even a rookie mum maker can make one with their help! I was shocked that they had Eaton HS supplies, but they did!! If you have yet to go; you're missing out!!
