The worst place I've ever been at. They charge for everything and you barely understand what they're saying, my nails we're all uneven. Just and awful experience ! I've been in other places and the other places are cheap and way better than this rat hole

I have gone to ridgmar nails salon for the past 3 yrs and thw have been amazing. Not sure what all the other reviews came from. But I highly recommend this place. Im bery picky and love my mani and pedi and full set nails. I habe nevwr had to complain. Great service

DISGUSTING!!! I went here while my grandma was visiting so we could get a pedicure. We walked in and they were all laying in the chairs, then the lady walked up to me and she had hamsters in her hands. She was letting them play in the nail polish rack. If that wasnt bad enough, they refilled the tub without cleaning it. Absolutely gross. We left and went to another salon as soon as we saw the hamsters and tub.

Myself &.a friend went here, myself for a fill & my friend a full solar set. Price list says $35 for a full set! Nowhere does it says restrictions apply....my friend had her old set removed & the lady used a plastic nail tip to shove in btween the product & my friends nail to remove them. At the time she said it wasnt too hurtful but when she got to the last nail the lady took off a chunk of my friends real nail. To stop the bleeding she went ahead & added gresh new product to the nail. My friend used colored powder for her tips & 1 tips was a different color then the other 9. After her set was done they askd if she wntd gel for $3 more but I brought my own gel topcoat so we didnt have to pay for it. When we tld her no we would use our own they told us we would have to pay $2 to use thier lamp for 3mins. We went ahead & used thier product that was supposed to be soooo much better then mine. When we got ready to pay my friends total ended up jumping from $35 for a set to $48! That was $35 for the set $5 for each color powder even though the 2nd powder was the ladys idea & only on 1 finger & the $3 for thier gel coat! I was floored by the price especially being that they were to her finger tips & not that awesome a job! We paid & left. Within 2 hours my nails were dull & thier awesome gel was chipping off my nails. That nite my friends nails hurt so much from the trama of the lady ripping the old nails off she had to take pain meds & nearly had to soak her hands in warm water to be comfortable. Ive never gone a day without my nails done in 16yrs or so & this is the 1st experience like this. I would definately say stay away from this place!

Ridgmar Nails in White Settlement is a far cry from what it USED TO BE. I had sworn that I would never go there again but when I drove by and saw the sign that said "New Owners" I couldn't help myself. The owners are two young Vietnamese women who were not only the sweetest girls, they were very good in their trade AND it was 25% off to boot. The new owners tell me that they bought the salon just three or four weeks ago... in June of 2011. Give yourselves a treat and try out the NEW shop!!
