Pappa Chang Asia Bistro

I made, perhaps, the biggest mistake of my life earlier this week when I ordered delivery from this restaurant. I ordered fried rice, teriyaki chicken and crispy spring rolls with peanut sauce.

The fried rice was good. I didn't get crispy spring rolls with peanut sauce but, egg rolls with a handful of packaged sauces. The teriyaki chicken was the worst imaginable. The chicken was dried out and the green bell pepper took over the other flavors of the sauce. It wasn't fit to eat and I threw it out.

The next day, I waited until after the lunch rush before I called the manager, who had stepped out. I left a message and waited over 2 hours for a return call. Needing to do other things, I called again, I called back and got my head handed to me. Where's the food? Why should I believe you? Well, in my book, if you don't stand behind your product, you don't deserve customers or a second chance.

Downtown fortworth hillside residents beware. Pappa changs fooled me again. I was told the items previously paid for and not delivered would be credited to my next order. I called and confirmed with my new order these items would be included. Again they failed me. Pappa changs would rather squeeze a few dollars than provide customer loyalty. No more papa changs for me. Save your money and go to pei way.

We stopped here yesterday, we got food poisoning from this place. This was the only thing we had so im sure it was from here. Wilk never go back.

I have been calling this business for years. The food is always pretty good, reasonable, and consistent. Tonight however, the person on the phone hung up on me and I had to call back to ask my question after placing an order. If that was not enough, the driver was RUDE. Usually, the delivery people make the experience worth while but tonight????....not so much! I usually tip well but what an attitude! I don't care where you came from but if your dealing with the PUBLIC (especially in Fort Worth, be RESPECTFUL of your consumers)! There is NO reason to not be kind when you are "selling" ANYTHING! Get a grip people!

My wife and I absolutely love this restaurant. The portions are always very generous and taste great. The menu is so extensive that you never run out of new things to try. And the prices are very reasonable.

I just got off the phone with this place and the person on the phone was so rude I hung up on him. I will never eat @ this place and tell anyone who will listen not to either.

I really liked this place alot,the food was great aand when i called to place my order they were so nice and ready to help me right away..(Good stuff!)
