Motel 6

I sent one of our employees to this location for education classes, the staff was rude. they did not have a clue how to check in a guest, I paid for the room a week in advance and the lady at the front desk could not even figure out how to use the computer to look it up. they still charged my card and the manager refuses to return any of my phone calls I'm now on week two of trying to get the 350.00 refunded which they are refusing even acknowledge

Motel 6, friendly staff, good beds...Large rooms. Suggestion, please put kleenex in room...

Be more aware that customer may get a better rate on internet...Customer comes first. Suggest checking internet before taking reservation rather then when I am checking in.
