My mom transfered to Heartland from Azle ER after a fall. I didn't see but one review and it was bad. BUT we could not have been more pleased! Very clean, no odors, the rooms are nice and cozy and the staff was excellent. The food was great and guests can eat in the room or in the dining room with your loved one for only $5. I would leave her there with no hesitation at all!
