    Review for Frankies Sports Bar

    Provided by

I have been going there for lunch for a long time. For some reason, I can't seem to get a Burger cooked the way I ordered. Last time I was in there, the people that came in after us, received there food first, then I got my burger and it was wrong. The waitress took it back, brought me back another on and it was just about raw in the middle. I COULDN'T EAT THIS. They fixed me a third one to go and paid for my meal. Today I go and order a burger and she comes out with a BLT. I don't believe this! This is the 3rd time and there only excuse is every one is new. I said since this has happened to me 2 other time, this needs to be brought to the managers attention. Do you think he would bother to come to the table to discuss it. NOPE! I will never go back to FRANKIE's to eat since they don't seem to care

Horrible Service and Bad Bad Bad Food

    Provided by

Where do I begin???? BAD BAD BAD\r \r I felt this was needed, as I never ever write reviews. But when you send out under-cooked meat, you got to let people know about it.... \r \r \r Heres the story...\r \r Sent Burger back three times, and new head cook still could not get order right. Waitress was complaining that he was new, and would not listen to any of the servers. Had to get my order to go, since everyone else was finished with their lunch. Burger was under-cooked and almost raw when I bit into it back at the office. Eat at your own Risk. Its obviously they don't care if the food is not fully cooked. I felt like calling to let them know the fourth issue, but realized it would be a lost cause.....\r \r Also, I noticed that an individual got up to use the restroom and they bussed his table while he was gone. They had to make him another lunch.\r \r Eat at your own Risk.... Tuesday, 9/28/11 around 11:45 AM

best place to watch the Superbowl!

    Provided by

Frankie's Sports Bar and Grill opened in the summer of 2000. Since that time it has grown from a humble, local haunt into the finest sports bars the Dallas METROPLEX has to offer for the SUPERBOWL. Maintaining its promise of above standard cuisine, Frankie's has perfected the art of ""Bar Food"" into what USA Today referred to as, ''...a menu on steroids."" But we know it takes more than great food to be a great sports bar. Add to our atmosphere, the deluge of light and activity as you are surrounded by more than thirty High-Definition plasma televisions - nary a bad seat in the house. Delivering the best of today's sports programming & All the major DirecTV packages (Professional and Collegiate) as well as UFC and Setanta World Cup Soccer action can be seen from every corner of this ""over sized den."" If sound is important to you, rest assured you can hear your game on wireless receivers right at your table so you won't miss anything from the Superbowl kickoff to the final whistle.\r
