Dismantler's 2000

Two elder ladies reviews to funny there obviously competitors this place is truly amazing cheaper then anyone else and always nice and respectful they go above and beyond for there customers!first off if you don't have a receipt you can't exchange anything second i see people bring there original defective parts here with the receipt and try to get credit third and my favorite Dismantlers 2000 has a VERY strict no CASH BACK policy so if he gave you the money back in any circumstance you should have been happy obviously you know nothing about this company and sounds like your a competitor just trying to make them look bad but anyone who has been to Dismantlers 2000 knows there cheaper then anyone else and go above and beyond to help and make everyone of there customers happy

My husband went to Dismantler's 2000 off of Elliott Reeder Rd for a part for my mother's vehicle. He went in found the part was not given a receipt. The part was marked by the manager. He finally got the part to location where it was parked and found that it was not correct. So he went the next day to see about exchanging the part and was told that he DID NOT buy it there and without a receipt there was no exchanging or refunds, they were really rude and disrespectful to my husband. My husband was told that he could come back on Sunday and the manager would be there. He went today to see about exchanging part and the manager was even more rude and gave my husband the $20 back and told him to get off the property and not to come back for anything.. My husband goes there for a lot of different parts and has never been treated so rude!!! I would advise any one that is needing a used part DO NOT go to DISMANTLER'S 2000.

I called and spoke to Pete several times and he kept saying they were coming for a week. Asked him to call if they werent coming They never showed or called!!! Didnt seem to care much..
