I've been going to Dr. Bean for years. She is wonderful and since she is open on Sunday's I even got an appointment when I had a "blowout" of floaters that caused my vision to be really compromised. She checked to be sure it wasn't my retina and made me feel so much better until I could get to an opthamologist the next morning. Wish my opthamologist has Dr. Bean's bedside manner. Needless to say, she gave me the same information Dr. Bean did. My Opthamologist has also given me prescriptions for my glasses and I can never see as well as when Dr. Bean does. I don't know where these people that have complained come from, but it doesn't sound like the same Dr. that I have seen and observed while waiting for my appointment for all the years she has been at this location.

I truly do not understand the bad reviews for Dr. Bean. I have been going to her for over 15 years. She is honest, knowledgeable, and prices are very reasonable. She doesn't seem to take any time off just look at her business hours. She saved me a ton of $$ when an ophthalmologist told me I needed a very expensive multi-focal lens when I had cataract surgery. Thankfully I saw Dr. Bean before the surgery and asked her advice. I trust her with my eyesight and went to another ophthalmologist that was not interested in taking my money and put in a regular lens that gave me 20/20 vision in that one eye! My whole family sees Dr. Bean and will do so until she retires!
I don't understand the bad reviews either. I've been going to Dr. Bean and she has given me the absolute best prescriptions of any optometrist I've ever seen. She has very reasonable rates too. If you are looking for a fancy office, and the fees to go with it, then look somewhere else but as far as I'm concerned, you won't get a better prescription than with Dr. Bean.
