My husband and I went to see a movie last week. We seldom go due to grandkids and money but this was our splurge-a matinee:) There were no lights on when we entered and there was nothing on the screen so it except for the light strips on stairs it was pitch black. I stepped down and it was a deeper step than I expected so I "fell" into my step and jammed my back. Another patron said she had already complained about the darkness and nothing had been done. She went out again and a manager came in and we had full lighting until the show. I hurt for about a week. To top this off they even made us pay for our food-you would think there would be some effort to avoid the ever looming "american lawsuit". I will return due to the seating and comfort but will be sure to have a small flashlight in my purse! A very good concept but food is too expensive.

When I take my 6 grandchildren to watch movies they always have fun. What I love about the place that the staff always nice and works hard. They enforced the rules when children try to go into movies they are not allowed. When parents bring children under age watching movies with adults can cause problems for the neighbors that do not like children but at times adults have the same issue. Everybody knows need to be quiet and ensure the child is quiet. However when in a rated G show which is for the children, most parents know that the children will talk, laugh, speak out, most of all have fun. The staff takes care of complaints in a orderly manner. Been going to this theater for more than ten years now.
I like coming to this theater, it's located in a convenient location in Fort Worth. I like the small bar area in the movie tavern, a great place to sit and relax before the movie as well as afterwards. The service is always top notch, no complaints with the staffing. The food is also great. Served hot and ready when ordered. I didn't have to wait too long to get my food order while watching the movie. Great place to sit back, relax and stretch out.
