It isn't a BAD car lot. They just need to have better communication with in their sales men.. I traded in my car for another car.. when i came back to do that paper work on the other car they sold it AFTER HOURS. Also they then found me a new car *very grateful for this* but on the way home the day after signing the paper work *i had to go to work so i just picked it up the next morning* we noticed the transmission was slipping! so i had my dad call (becuz car lots tend to pull one over on females) he spoke to the owner (fred grote himself) and fred told him to bring the car back on monday. we did. we were told if the car had a tranny problem the paper work would be ripped up. needless to say the car had a tranny problem.. and their fixing it (again very greatful of bcuz i love the car) I got a 99 monte carlo with low miles. They gave me a PT Cruiser for a loaner car so i would have something to drive while they fix mine. Im glad the owner is one to work with you.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Best Deal Auto. Travis was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We did not come pre-approved and the financing process was quick and simple, with the same rates and terms we were expecting. We got a great vehicle for a good price and we are thrilled with both the car and the way we were treated. They were fair on trade-in value and upfront about all the costs and optional add-ons associated with our new vehicle; taking time to explain each one to us and let us make our own decisions. We were pleased to have been offered a very comprehensive 3 year service plan in addition to the vehicle and purchased it. We highly recommend this dealership and have already started telling our friends and family about it!
You guys act like you have never bought a used car. You want the car so you buy it. You can take the car to a mechanic... Did you not realize that? Did you also realize almost every car that you buy comes from an auction. And plus you signed a contract knowing it said as is no warranty. It's all your faults not theirs for buying the car. You had every right to have it checked out and also leave the business. You guys crack me up who dog on this place. They didn't force you by gunpoint to buy from them. It's clearly your fault if your car started having problems. Well not your fault the cars fault. But anyway stop blaming other people for your stupid mistakes. Thanks.
