I have had two kids attend Pine Hills. They really enjoy it there. It is chaotic to me, but it works for them! They offer a great all day program for working parents. Kids can be dropped off as early as 6am and stay as late as 6pm. They provide a hot lunch and two snacks during the day. All of this for one low price. Another great feature is that your children can sign up (at an additional cost) for gymnastics, piano and karate lessons. The curriculum is pretty good too. They only offer pre-school thru kindergarten, so it is mostly the basics - letters, phonics, numbers, etc... They do follow the NW Allen guidelines for kindergarten. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars isn't a reason not to consider them for your children. They are definitely worth looking at. My only hold back is a staffing issue. The majority of the staff is wonderful. The teachers are great with my children. But my only problem is with an office staff member. She just isn't very nice, at least not all of the time. As I said in the beginning, the place is a little chaotic, at least until you learn the system. And she is not very helpful when it comes to helping you, as a parent, learn. She seems put out about having to help and I have actually caught her in a lie (I think it was easier to lie than take the time explain). She does have a few families that she will go out of her way to help and warmly greet each morning, but we were never lucky enough to be one of them. Anyway, aside from this one small problem, the program there offers a lot and I would recommend them to anyone!

There isn't enough room on this review to tell you how wonderful of a place Pine Hills is. My jaw was on the floor when I read the review of the person before me. All I can say is with an attitude like that I'm sure your children act the same way you do and it's no wonder they have problems. You should be ashamed to call yourself an adult and I feel sorry for your kids. But enough about you, because I don't want your Spiteful disgusting post to take attention away from the millions of fabulous things people have to say about the facility and staff of Pine Hills. If you look on any other site but this one you will see that they have five star ratings across the board. They also have been voted #1 child care for like 7 years in a row. My son has been in 3 of their rooms so far with each being more amazing than the last. Of course problems arise, as with any public place, but they are always quick to address and fix them. If you want your child to be taken care of by people who love them as much as you do, and people who know how to have fun and educate at the same time, then this is the place for you!
I have had both my youngest kids in this preschool and am very impressed with their commitment to children. Creative Treasures Preschool is a very family friendly preschool with a focus on young children growing up with Christ in their lives. The non-refundable (written right on the contract) enrollment fee is comparable to other local preschools, but unlike other schools, it covers all expenses for supplies, field trips, parties and all snacks everyday for the entire year. Life is very unpredictable. Creative Treasures Preschool adapts very well to changing circumstances. I would highly recommend this preschool to anyone.
