- Marshand's?s Optical Repair provides an inexpensive way to repair broken eye glasses for a fraction of the cost of new frames. The skilled technology that we use at our facility gives us the opportunity to do many repairs that normally could not be done. We have seen almost every possible problem and quite honestly, there is not much that we cannot repair. We always put a one year guarantee on our silver solder. We also honor our adjustment up to three business days. If you don't live near us you can send them to us! All you need is a box and a few stamps and your set to go. You can either send them to our physical address (1326 Spy Run Ave. Fort Wayne, IN 46805) or you can mail them to our post office box: PO Box 12146 Fort Wayne, IN 46897. Make sure to include a day time phone number and a return address. We will call you with all the details as well as the price. We can accept a credit or debit card payment over the phone for same day turn over. You may send in a money order or cashiers check for the amount we quote you after receiving your frame. This way just takes longer for shipping. We no longer accept personal checks. Any questions please call toll free at 800-537-8995. Tips for sending in a frame: As long as you have a sturdy box you shouldn't have to send in a case. A little bubble wrap will save some money in postage. Make sure there aren't any other address on the box or wrap it up like a present before labeling it. Always mark on you package that it is fragile especially if you choose to use first class mail. We use priority mail often and seem to have good results, just make sure to use a hard box inside their envelopes.

They use the cheapest material I've ever seen in their frames. They kept breaking every two weeks. People commented to me how cheap they looked. Seriously looked like you glasses. Won't use their services again. They charge high prices for garbage quality.
I have never been anywhere where I was in, out, and SATISFIED!!! Don't waste money, time and frustration on the other guys. COME HERE AND PAULA MAKES SURE YOU ARE HAPPY. This is my first time here but they also give a year warranty so if necessary, I know I can come back and receive the same quality. Thanks Paula. You're a life saver!! :-)
Wow.... You don't see this kind of service much anymore. I stopped in without an appointment and within minutes walked out with a repaired set of glasses and they saved me hundreds of dollars. Keep up the great work!
This is the place to go when you have small issue with eyeglasses. The dispensing group at my Ophthalmologists sent my frames out for lenses and the frames returned with a missing part. They couldn't help, but my Dr. suggested Marchands. Within 5 minutes I had clean, straight magnetic frames again. $3.00. They also have - Reader Sunglasses - in different strengths! How many times have you wished they existed? $5.00, cute colors and styles. Friendly knowledgeable, inexpensive and quick. What's not to like?
We walked in and in minuets walked out with great fitting and clean glasses! Our son is in every sport there is so I am sure we will be back. The 3 dollars was well spent!
I love this place! I have 4 kids that all wear glasses and we are new in town. It is great to know there is a place locally to get glasses repaired and cleaned up to look brand new!! I'm so excited to go back and pick out some vintage glasses with the ladies there. Those girls are great! I saved money and had a good time waiting for the repairs. And the service was fantastic!! Cant wait to go back!
Needed simple repair on glasses...from the time you walk in the door their very and I mean very "rude." So rude I was couldn't believe their in business. The femaleI(not lady) rudely guessed at the repair price, never stated what the repair they would do, told me to sit, once repaired she rudely hands me glasses that were obviously different lengths of temple arms, then rolls her eye's and lies to say no there not I measured them, so I asked what the measurement was and imagine that she didn't know, she walks back to cram the sleeve on further making it look really weird and say's, "see there not different lenths (ANOTHER LIE), the clueless tech trys to back up the lies. SAVE YOUR FRUSTRATION, MONEY AND TIME, RESOURCE YOUR EYEGLASS REPAIR TO ANOTHER PLACE. (even when calling it sounded like a daycare on the other end). An hour of my life wasted to Marschand's, thanks !!!
