DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. The administrative staff and nurses are unbelievably rude and NOTORIOUS for calling on the DAY OF the appointment DEMANDING that we take an earlier appointment otherwise they will cancel it. Today was the third appointment with these people, and AS EXPECTED they called and with a disgusted tone declared that the appointment had been moved up AGAIN. When I told her that I work an hour away from their offices and must keep to the appointment time I scheduled OVER A MONTH AGO, she RUDELY guffed and said that’s too bad, the appointment has been moved and I will either accept the change or cancel. I told her that the last time I was in I CONFIRMED my appointment time and stressed how vital it was that the time not be changed. She sarcastically LAUGHED (can you believe it?!) and said that doesn’t matter. I said I want to speak to the Administrator for the office and she REFUSED and said she would pass the message along. Then laughed AGAIN and hung up. We will NEVER use this place ever again, and I only hope I can warn everyone else against it. Scheduling is abhorrent at best. They overbooked so badly the last few times that there wasn't even a chair available to sit on at the last visit. We will be finding another place for treatment from this point forward.

Poor, borderline shady, medical service ran by incompetents. One of the doctors had his license suspended for inappropriate and dangerous prescribing practices. Definitely stay away from this place if possible.
