My $56 gel nails lasted 2 days... I ended up scraping the gel off and using my own polish which lasted longer! Service was horrible and they were very rude to me when I went back to get a nail fixed.... I will never go back to the business again!

How a wonderful experience with Cali today.... had a pedicure with my best friend and they we're so into our needs it was heaven. Will definitely be going back.....

I went in Sunday December 22 with my two daughters. They got pedicures and I decided to get a pedicure and manicure at around 5pm. I got red on all of my nails besides my two ring fingers at which I got green. The next morning while washing my hands the green polish completely came off. This was not even 24 hours after getting them done. I went in to Cali Nails around noon to get them fixed, and the lady said to me I need to see a receipt and you need to sit at that long table. She was very rude from the start. I sat at the long table, and finally after waiting for 10 minutes somebody decided to acknowledge me. He fixed my nails, and sat me down to dry. I got up after they were dry and started to leave. The same lady stopped me and asked me for my receipt. I showed her my receipt. She said to me, "Did the same person fix your nail that originally painted yesterday?" and I said, "No?". She said, "Then you have to pay full price for it to be fixed!" Then my daughter spoke up and said, "They were just fixing it!" The lady said, "They get half the money you spend as commissions, and because you got a different person then you will need to pay him for fixing it!" I said, "I don't even see the lady who did my nails yesterday." My daughter said, "How was she to know about this information. My mom was just getting it fixed, and there should be no reason to have to pay." The lady then said, "Did he ask you for any payment?" I said, "No." Then she said, "Well then I am ok for you to leave." So we left. She was extremely rude about the entire situation! By the end of the night my nails were all starting to chip off. My daughter called on 12/26/13 and talked to Kristin about how my nails have been chipping ever since, and she said to come in to have them fix it. We went back in on 12/27/13 and they said they would NOT fix my nails because the guarantee is only for shilac. She continued to say that she told me this the day that I came back in to get the nails fixed even though I had never seen her in my life. My daughter said that we had never seen her, she was not there the next day, and she did NOT tell us about the guarantee. She continued to say that the guarantee is on the brochure that we have never seen in our lives, and that the day she originally got them done the lady who painted my nails told me about it, when she did not. No one told us ANYTHING! What a waste of $16 for someone to just paint my nails that I could have a better job at home! They are TERRIBLE about letting us know their guarantees, and they have terrible customer service! My girls and I will never go back!!

This place is chaos. After waiting for 30 minutes, when I had an appointment, I got a sloppily done full set where the nail tech was obviously preoccupied and rushing. They just want to push people through and take their money, it doesn't seem like they care about quality or service. I will never go back and I don't recommend Cali Spa to anyone.
