        My experience at Avalon started out great. They employees were so nice and pleasant. They showed me an apartment that was identical to mine since mine wasn't ready. Then after signing the lease I went to my apartment and it was horrible, stained carpets, nothing had been cleaned, the bathroom sinks were plastic and had curling iron burns in them, the ceiling was drooping in the dining room. They never fixed the ceiling (I told them 5 times or more during my duration there) and by the time I moved out the drywall was hanging down and had gotten all over my table and chairs. There were lots of bugs and spiders I kept telling them about to but apparently the bug guy only came once every three weeks. It never got better,I had to buy my own spray. The management is nice at first, once they have you hooked they don't care anymore. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never live there again.
