        Overall

        This company is very unprofessional and did not care at all to service a home without air continue 100+ weather. The technician lied about the warranty company authorizing weekend emergency service and the reason given was the warranty company will not pay them which turned out to be very untrue. This company shut off the power to my ac unit on Friday starting the service and did not finish the work and left us in the house over the weekend without air.

        GREAT Service, affordable, on time and so professional. They really worked with me so I understood exactly what I was paying for and were very personable. I would highly recommend Three J's to friends and family..anyone who wants real quality and not just another hvac company.
