I stumbled across his website while looking to get some urgent home repairs done as a result of my home inspection before the closing date on my house. I cannot thank Sanchez Home Improvements enough for urgently assessing what I needed to get done, and working promptly to get my repairs started. Mr. Sanchez has excellent communication skills and jept me well informed which greatly alleviated my stress level. As a Registered Nurse, i felt Mr. Sanchez showed me the compassion and care that I show to my patients. Mr. Sanchez takes pride in his work. His workers are very nice, polite, and very tidy. This company gets and A+ for Customer Service Excellence, Expertise, and Professionalism.

My friend had an appointment to have her home carpeted and she received the absolute worst service! Mr Sanchez was rude & completely unprofessional! He didn't keep his scheduled appointment that was arranged and didn't even bother to call to let her know, she waited for hours and then once she reached him, he had no explanation as to why he did not call to inform her or as to why he neglected her appointment. I would never use his services & would not recommend to anyone

I was referred to Sanchez Home Improvement by a family member for a complete basement carpet install. i requested an estimate and Sanchez came to my home the very next day with various carpet options to choose from. The day of the install he was prompt and got the work done in a timely manner. The finished product is beautiful and the install was very reasonably priced. Sanchez and his crew were professional and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend Sanchez Home Improvement.

We had Yuri and his guys come to our home and paint a few rooms, and patch up some holes...they were awesome! They came in each day and worked so hard. The work was done with great quality too. Very professional, I would recommend Sanchez Home Improvements to anyone!

He showed up with his team ready for work and worked long hours to get our home painted and carpeted in the time frame we needed and that he agreed to. We also needed plumbing work and with no hesitation, Mr. Sanchez recommended one and we were able to have plumbing work done in three bathrooms as well as a sump pump installed in the basement.



We cannot recommend this company enough, the staff helped us with things around the house that they were not expected to do, just out of genuine kindness. Because of their reasonable pricing, we were able to get more done than we expected. We are looking forward to doing more work with this company, and now we consider them as part of our family. I highly recommend this company!!!
