RIPOFF ALERT! Simple kitchen sink faucet replacement. First called Benjamin Franklin who gave a $375 estimate for free; I said no thanks and figured I'd call a local plumber, so called Parrett which was a huge mistake that cost me $110 for nothing. I was informed of a dispatch fee of $110 that would be applied to my service. But when I was given an on site assessment of $575, I had to take my medicine and pay, then sent them packing. I then called Corky's in Shalimar (http://corkysplumbing.com/) who said he'd fix it for $80. He came, did the installation in less than 30 minutes and was a complete professional. In the memo area of my check for Parrett where it says "For_________", I put "Nothing." So I lost $110 for making a mistake, and in return Mark Parrett Enterprises gets this review. Luckily, I will be able to warn thousands on Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB in addition to all who see this review. The other review must have been a relative.
