Called to schedule a free heating inspection for my mom. Was given a date and told it would be 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on the date arranged. Didn't show. Called at 1:00 pm; was told by "Lisa" that it was scheduled for 12:30 to 5:00. It was clearly stated the first time, from whoever scheduled it; 8-12. She even indicated I could not identify the best time between 8 and 12. Then she repeated, 8 am to 12 pm. So, three times she said it. Three times.

Also, when I asked how I could get my step-father's name off the bill (he's been dead for 35 years), the woman told me I'd need my POA and my stepfather's death certificate. That's it. So, after work, I make a trip to the office. (This is evidently not the same location as the brilliant customer service location). I have the documents in hand. I also need my mother's SSN and her i.d. "I wasn't told that when I called." Couple days later, found some time to go back. Got the name changed. The women at the FWB office on Hughes are not the people I'm reviewing here. They are awesome.
