ALL BUT one time they havent messed up something including wrong prescription, wrong base curve on the contacts, the secretary giving the Optometrist someone elses folder instead of mine during an exam, rushing me in n out , not confirming the contacts fit properly, loosing my file and costing me a 25 mile trip for nothing, the Doctor not returning my call when she said she would, and poor overall morale with the office help. Flying by the seat of their pants. Prize example of sheer incompetence on a customer service and professional level. A real aggravation builder !
