Allied Gardens Estate Upper Management, I want to thank you for such a great service you guys provided today April 7th, 2010 with Doretha doing massages at the activity center. I am a single parent and as anyone knows we have a lot of stress and this was a much needed relief. Thank you for Teresa Logan, the property manager, allowing Sharla Porter with Allied Gardens and Natalie with Gorman Towers to be able to arrange such a service. I have lived here in the complex for over one year and the atmosphere and people and clients just keep improving. I plan to refer the center as well as the property and services to others in the future. I want to really thank Teresa for provided Doretha's services at such an affordable cost, FREE, for those of us especially on a fixed income. Thanks so much for all and such kind people at Allied Gardens. Corie Wolff Unit #39
This is a wonderful place to live. Management is fantastic. Apartments are clean and bug free. Very affordable and energy effecient. Schools and shopping are close by. Very family oriented, in fact, many families rent multiple units to be close to each other. Great place to raise kids, Nice pool in the summer time. Zero tolerance for drugs and BS. The ones on here that are complaining so much are the ones who have been evicted for being meth heads and drug dealers. Before our manager came here, this was one of the worst apartment complexes in Fort Smith, but she has completely turned this place around. In the process she has slowly gotten rid of the white trash that lived here.
Super cute, completely renovated, all new inside and outside! After reading the other reviews, I was considering not even looking at them, but I am glad I did. They have come under new management in the last year and the entire place has gotten a face lift. Very clean, very new, and very spacious. Super friendly office, nightly security patrol, and seems very quiet throughout the day and night. We love it!
