        Overall
        Not a good place...

        We were not at all pleased with the care our loved one received at Methodist. They seemed to be constantly short-staffed. If not for our family, our relative would have had no more than a half hour of human contact daily according to what we observed. Staff came in only to do personal care and give meds. We repeatedly had to alert nurses to a change in condition or illness. We had to "diagnose" what was wrong ourselves and try to get whatever it was treated. We had no confidence whatsoever in this facility in the end. In our opinion they were negligent in our family member's care.
