They usally have good food but this time I got a meal to go and had to GO back to the place 3 times before they got my order right and then it was still raw and super pink meat

Not child friendly

After placing my name on the wait list, telling them I would need a highchair, he said ok. 20-30 minutes later, when our time has past I discover there is a highchair issue. It makes perfect sense to plce highchairs out of the way where others won't trip on them and servers are kept safe, however I should have had the heads up that these tables are limited.

Delicious food, good quanity, good service, just good visit all around.

Worst service ever! Had to ask for our appetizer of chips & salsa after several tables seated after us received their chips & salsa. Then we had to ask for our meal after 30 minutes. Waitress blamed it on the kitchen. Food was cold by then. She never came back to refill our drinks. Our young waitress seemed to be more interested in talking to the table of young men sitting behind us than making sure her customers were taken care of! This is the first time I have never left a tip.

I had dinner at Chilis, Rogers Ave, Fort Smith AK on 12-20-10. I ordered Big Mouth Bites. The Hambergar was burned on the bottem side, can not identify the bacon, burned beon recigniton. I was in such A hurry,I:ate one bergar,potatos,and onions.Braught the rest home,my dog had trouble chewing the meat. I had Heart-burn all night, continues to burn today. Server Joe B was fantastic' Food not good
