Please people beware . They lie to me verbal and with agreement. The father Allen ans son Kyle misleading customers with nice building and story’s about 40 years at business. They will not honor word about trade . They will not keep the price and will “manipulate you “ They close already one dealership in fort Lauderadle for bad service and bad name (read online reviews) I have been customer of them over 4 years and they hurt me 3 times 5 vehicles when I fed them and they spit on my face !!
If you are thinking that dealers are cheaters - welcome to the Rv world . They selling junk and will sell you 2018-19 used with 1000 miles (probably from disappointing customers) then they will not tell you there is -no warranty. You’ll need to pay another 5000$ for warranty (which must of rv factory do not honor transfer warranty)
There is credit management unprofessional they will take Pfs from you and spread it all over the country. Will ruin your credit then excuses will come . So Not honest people working there by the instructor Allen the main - Cheating guy there and owner
They have 1-2 stars reviews on google all the rest is friends and people they paid them to fix it
I drove 1450 miles and they breach emails and words by Kyle and trade team
I’m warning you stay away ans do not shop rv unless you checked it for many months and only via recommendation!!

My wife and I are from Wisconsin. We spent a lot of time researching what our needs and wants were. We narrowed everything down to two specific models. We came to a final conclusion after touring the factory where the new model was being built. I then called a number of dealerships across the country and gave each sales department the opportunity to work with us. North Trail RV's bid was by far the best. Our salesman (Eric Martinez) was personable and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. We were treated absolutely great during the walk through (Thanks to Zach!). All of our questions were answered and every little item was addressed immediately. We have not had a problem. However, when we do, I know I will get great service. Newmar/ NorthTrail Rv - will not stand behind its warranty. During the 12 mos. warranty, RV was in for repairs for 4 mos. out of the 12 mos. Will not extend the warranty issues they replaced during the last 30 days of our warranty.They would fix one item and damage something else. Invested $300K to deal with incompetent people. Many items were replaced or repaired 2,3 and sometimes 4 times. Newmar will not reimburse me for my cost of caring the RV- Insurance, storage,mortgage payments,etc. They will not pay me a penny and nor will they extend the warranty for 12 mos. even on the items they just repaired or replaced for the 2 or 3 time. My RV is a lemon and I will be taking them to court to recover my legal fees and for loss of use and to extend my warranty. BEWARE OF NEWMAR AND THEIR LAW FIRM. BEWARE OF NORTH TRAIL RV, FT. MYERS. NEWMAR RV'S USE THE LOWEST QUALITY REPLACE ALL MY LEATHER (COUCH,DINETTE,ETC) BECAUSE THE COLOR WAS COMING OUT OF THE PRODUCT, REPLACED WASHING MACHINE,ETC.
