Camping World of Fort Myers

They had a terribly service department my RV were there for 3 month and they don't have solve all the issue and the only answer they give me that is the manufactured issue. But they are the most lier people in the world. Don't use them. They make you live stressful with all their lie.

I had my tv antenna and generator exhaust pipe repaired successfully. I asked for a $125 chassis inspection. They told me that my entire front end, steering assembly and shock absorbers were shot and needed replacement. They told me that the brake pads, rotors, disks etc needed replacement. The estimate was $3,800!!!. I got a second opinion from a reliable shop I always use. They said that there was no need to replace anything. The brakes looked brand new. What a rip. As a Good Sam Member I am shocked.

We purchased a new Trailer at Camping World which was a good experience but the service department turned a good experience into a nightmare. We finely hired a mobile RV tech. who was able to repair our AC in less than one hour. Camping World told us after the second attempt to repair our AC we would need to being it back and leave it. We will never let these people touch our rig.

Last place I'd look to buy an RV again. Follow up service was one excuse after another. No contact after the sale to see if everything was ok. Terrible service once they had our money....don't go there!!

Beware of "trade-in" prices. We traded a travel trailer which was in perfect condition (Camping World's own statement). We received less than 50% of what Camping World currently has the trailer listed for. I believe in capitalism, but 100% profit is totally unacceptable. We WILL NOT purchase another trailer from them in the future. Should you wish to purchase from Camping World Fort Myers, sell privately, then purchase."TRADER BEWARE"
