I was fortunate enough to find this company selling a refrigerator on eBay and decided to message them and explain what I was looking for. I had an old dometic refrigerator in my rv and the door was worn out with broken handles and a broken hinge, so I was shopping for something nice but didn't want to spend $3500 on a new one. I found a Norcold 1200, contacted them and they sold me a used unit with a rebuilt cooling unit and I was shocked they shipped for FREE! After getting the unit less than a week later came the fun part of taking out the old and installing the new one. That was fun.. I had to rebuild the floor because these are Huge! But all went well thanks to a dear friend and his strong back. After getting the unit installed I had a wiring nightmare to fix, so I contacted these fine people and they helped walk me through my issue and I was good to go. I am sometimes a sceptic to buy something online sight unseen, but this company is very professional and I enjoyed doing business with them.

On a recent trip our Dometic refrigerator failed. I talked with my home RV shop and local mobile repair guy who helped me confirm the cooling unit was failing. I spoke with Wayne and added a 100 mile detour into our trip.



Wayne and Gary did a very professional and careful job.The cooling unit installation went smoothly and they poured new polyurethane foam to completely seal the unit. This refrigerator has a ice maker which made it much more complicated. The unit now works great. It was worth the detour!

This company offers you a help line. I called on a Saturday night from a campground in NC. I talked to a very a helpful technician who helped me determine that my refrigerator was bad. The mobile service came to campground and picked up my refrigerator and repaired it in a days time. My refrigerator was returned and reinstalled. My family camping trip was saved! All this service and a 3 year warranty for much less than I would have paid for a new refrigerator for my camper. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs rv refrigerator repair or service.
