Drivers can be very late (sometimes up to 45 minutes later than stated arrival time). There is one dispatcher who is argumentative instead of trying to satisfy customer. Dispatcher seems to not give specific instructions to drivers so they don't know where they are going. Some drivers go slower than speed limit even in very good weather. There are some very good, very nice drivers. One dispatcher is very nice.
