I have been going to this place for…

I have been going to this place for around three years now and the two sisters do a great job at what they do.

But today, February 11, 2012 an incident happened and I will never go to this place ever again. No self respecting person will go to this place.

I went in today at around 3.00 pm to get my eyebrows, upper lips, side locks and chin threaded. This is exactly the same what I have been getting done there since three years and they know it. I did not make an appointment and walked in. The lady at the reception told me that they have back to back appointments till 4.00 pm but they can squeeze me in in between if I was willing to wait. I was ready to wait and was waiting for my turn. In about 10 minutes, one of the sisters and the co-owner took me and started doing my eyebrows. After completing eyebrows, side locks and upper lips, she did not want to thread my chin as her other clients were waiting. I told her that since you took me in between so please complete my threading. She refused to do it and I had to walk out without completing my threading. It was like you go to a hair stylist and they do left side of your hair and refuse to do the right side as they have clients waiting. I was disappointing and insulting. I WILL NEVER go to this place again, no self respecting person will go again.
