Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill is a restaurant chain that opened its first outlet in Orlando, Fla., in 1999 and has since grown to more than 125 locations across the Midwest and eastern United States. Its restaurants feature a mountain lodge-style dining environment that includes the use of timber, fireplaces and television screens. The chain s restaurants offer buffalo burgers, mahimahi sandwiches, portobello chicken, honey-glazed salmon and smoked sausage. Its restaurants also offer chicken cobb, tomato, chicken Caesar, cucumber and onion salads. Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill is owned by Florida-based Darden Restaurants, which also owns and operates Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze and Seasons 52 casual dining restaurants. The chain maintains a restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

totaly nasty management
My family ate at smokey bones as we do very often and usually have a great meal. But tonight we had a very long wait for our food, our broccoli was just about raw, and I ordered a full rack of ribs but received a house rack. The real problem was when I mentioned this to the waitress. She then sent over the very aggressive manager who was extremely unhelpful and charged me inappropriatley for food i did not receive. And then told me i was rude since I wasn't happy about this. Even the neighboring tables were shocked at the way I was treated. I feel the wrong thing was done tonight by smokey bones and went away feeling like i would never go back.

totally dissapointing. food was salty, staff lasy and they make you tipp a certain amount. tip should be reflecting a service and not because the paycheck is low.

Slow but Good
The service is slow during lunch time but the presentation is great and so it the taste. There is no favorite item, ther're all good to me. Great lay-out; table & TV arrangement. Good lighting. Just don't need to get right back to the office
