Review from a Perfectionist...

I hardly ever give 5 starts to anyone given in my career and my life I am way to committed to EXCELLENCE and no sugarcoating. But in this case, I am totally satisfied; Doctor Will Richardson always exceeds my expectations in every service I have used, for years now. Doctor Will is just a Genius at what he does and as a bonus he is extraordinary kind with his patients, I have never met a doctor like him, and I have met many doctors given I spend 1/4 my life in clinics.

Everyone on his team was super nice and even fun.

The VALUE compare to the PRICE is unprecedented. I have never received more VALUE for such modest PRICE.

I send all my friends, family and clients there. And I also have a hard time endorsing more than a handful of people this days, given my reputation is on the line, as a Public Figure and Professional Business and Life Coach if I recommend anyone they must be Exceptional or I just dont say anything. Stay Away - these people don't know how to order a medicine for people. From all the ads in the office they are far more concerned about botox than treating diseases. The office staff is incompetent, the Doctor never called me when I asked for him. No Stars - bad place - take your health care to some place that cares

I was lied to by the physician assistant who performed my procedure. I was told that I would see a 20% improvement. I wanted the doughnut around my belly button/mid-section removed or visibly lessened. I was told that a second procedure would be performed if I was not happy. I had 0 results from CoolSculping! The second procedure was never given to me. Every time I tried to make any appointment, it was not available. Total BS! The final excuse came as the statement that I have "stubborn fat pockets that CoolSculpting could not address". I was then told a second procedure would be a waste of time.



I left two voice messages and sent an email for the doctor of the Coconut Creek facility but never received a response! These people may seem nice when you walk through the door but once they have your money, all communication becomes one big lie and then non existent.
