Yesterday my friend and I had lunch at your restaurant, unfortunately it was not an enjoyable experience. After being seated by the hostess, the waitress never came to the table. The hostess took our order and another waiter took our drink order. Once our food came to the table the waitress continued to stop by the table and ask is everything ok? Can I get you anything? Too little, too late. I felt my service was bad because we are black. The hostess was very nice.
The garlic bread was good. I had Anelli, it was ok. My friend had shrimp alfredo, the shrimp were large but it was missing flavor.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK. GOOD SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. WE WORK HARD JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. I EXPECT TO BE TREAT WITH RESPECT.

Very disappointing and goes to show you what happens when the real owners aren't involved any longer. Such a disappointment! Something always gets lost in translation and as for garlic rolls??? An authentic Italian restaurant would never serve garlic rolls. I have to agree with STACYPIE!
Another horrible example of commercialism and a new Olive Garden!

Been here a few times and the food is inconsistent. I really enjoyed the Fettucini Saporite and ordered it again and it was dry with very little sauce and raw spinach leaves. The pasta is excellent though. My husband ordered the Chicken Balsalmico. The chicken was rubbery. He also asked for the artichokes on the side and they came out cold like the just came out of the refrigerator cold. So, he ordered something else. He sent back the Penne Alla Vodka because the sauce was way too strong- 3 of us agreed with that one. The waitress was terrible. Never called over the manager and was lax with getting our waters to us- served the appetizer before we even were served water- very poor service. My husband spoke to the manager who told him the vodka sauce is not even made there- they buy it. The best part was the mozzarella sticks- great appetizer. Very disappointed that the food isn't as good with every visit there.

It really is true what everyone says -- such a great place. Social and jovial inside -- great for a fun date or with kids or for when your parents are visiting you when they come down for the winter. Very good food and very good value. Nothing I wouldn't recommend about this restaurant. No reservations and gets very crowded, especially on weekends, of course. So come early, or not too hungry yet, or thirsty for a drink at the bar while you're waiting.
