Generations Women's Care

It's a shame that this place is so close to Holy Cross Hospital. Thankfully they are not affiliated with it. This office/clinic has the worst staff that I have ever met from doctors to nurses to office staff. I have worked in doctors offices for 12+ years and have never seen anyone treat there patients as badly as this place has. The staff is cold and heartless & lazy. They leave you waiting in the front while gossiping & talking about what they are ordering for lunch behind. the glass window. The nurses are just as cold and do not listen to you when speaking and they ignore you. They di=o not call you about test results or return phone calls. The doctor will only be quick to write you a prescription and send you on your way with no additional help except to tell you to ask your general doctor any other questions that the GYN should be able to answer because the questions relate to their profession. The restroom in the office is in the waiting room and both times I went they were out of paper towels & was filthy. When you call for anything the girls that answer the phone speak to you rudely from beginning to end of conversation. Definitely would not recommend and will not be back to this place.

They are wonderfull, the staff and the midwives very helpfull. All my questions were answered and addressed with the most importance.Everyone's so friendly and nice makes me feel like home.
