These people had my primary and secondary insurance information for three weeks prior to my appointment. When I arrived for an appointment I was told a 20% co-pay was due.
They wasted my time, cost me money, and forced me to find a new doctor. The staff never once apologized or took responsibility. They did offer to "work out a payment plan for the twenty per cent." What blithe arrogance. The office manager, Angela Galinda, is particularly odious and strangely detached.
Post Script: There are so many similar complaints on the web one wonders if this is business as usual.
