Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a living social coupon for 32 and scheduled my appt for Tuesday Jan 4th. I traveled to Canada for christmas and new years and got stuck in a massive snow storm (the one tht first hit nyc) and our flights were cancelled and my husband missed a week of work etc. it was a mess. I called to reschedule my hair appmt and the owner and secretary told me the certificate becomes null and void after a no show. i explained my situation and basically bc they already got my money, they could really give a care. I would never book with a company like this, especially after my situation of being stuck in canada.

I was looking for a new salon and decided to try Farenheit. Boy, am I glad I did. Dennis gave me the best hair cut in at least 10 years! Its been two weeks since my cut and the style is easy, sassy and fun! It looks great all time and I absolutely love it! Go see Dennis, you won't be disappointed!

Dennis was my stylist and he did an amazing job on my hair. He thoroughly discussed my color options with me to decide what looked best and it came out perfect. Everything was very relaxing and the atmosphere is exquisite. I also purchased some really nice hair products too! This is definitely the best place to get your hair done!

Dennis is amazing with long hair. He is talented, patient and really took his time with me. He made me feel like I've known him for years. The salon is absolutely fantastic. Crystal chandeliers and Venetian crystal mirrors hang at every station. Antique barber chairs, reclaimed wood floors, black walls. Peaceful yet chic ambiance. Friendly and accommodating staff. Offer great products. Today was my first experience and I'm hooked. Highly recommended.

Having just moved here from LA, I did an internet search for best hairdressers in Lauderdale and Devon's name came up. \r \r My diy color was a mess and I was ready for a change. She completely changed the color and then threw in some hilights and then cut my damaged hair into an incredible layered cut. I've never been this happy with my hair, not even when it's been professionally done. I was there 4 hours and it was totally worth it. I even love imy hair when I style it, that's how good the hair cut is. I have shiney, pretty hair for the first time in 6 months.

This place is immaculate. I've been a loyal client and plan on going nowhere else. My daughter made an appointment for me with Dennis as a gift. She wanted my hair to be perfect and that was the beginning!! Dennis is a master at color and the way he cuts hair is amazing. I am so happy with my hair now. Unlike many hairdressers Dennis listens to you and does not just yes you and do it his way. He listens and if needed gives his opinion (an honest one). I am completely comfortable with Dennis and will not trust my hair to anyone else. Everyone at Farenheit is so pleasant especially Tatiana. Thank you, Dennis!!!!

When you walk into the salon you are greeted by good looking friendly people and the atmosphere of the place is incredible. From the large cow skin couch to the large chandliers and the unique salon chairs all has a highend/vintage feel that you will get no where else. \r My stylist is Autumn. She has givin me a look that I love everytime and getting the right ""Red"" is sometimes hard. And she has achieved the look I wanted everytime, Even though sometimes I didnt even know what I wanted at the time. Dennis has also worked on my hair before and he also is very fantastic. And last but not least Hollis the Salon owner makes your experience a unique one making you laugh for your entire visit also makin you feel quite at home while you are getting your hairdone. This entire team is fierce!!! If you are looking for editorial or something funky, Or if you are just looking for somethin simple, this salon is worth every penny! One of Ft. Lauderdales best kept secrets for sure!

Farenheit is the best salon I've visited in years. It was recommended to me by a good friend, and I was not disappointed! Very professional staff, but fun and friendly. Everyone there has now become good friends, and it makes my visits there extremely enjoyable! I have long, thick hair, and it takes nearly 4 hours to complete. I always feel welcome there. They offer water, wine, coffee, and jelly beans! I highly recommend stylists Autumn and Hollis. Both are wonderful people and terrific at what they do!!

Your greeted with 5 star service each and every time. You'll be treated like a million bucks and leave looking like it too. The decor is exquisite and unique. It's obvious the owner pays respect to classic antiques and has a panache for style. A beautiful mix of new with old... edgy antique. I have a two color blond process and have been blond for most of my life. I only started getting compliments on my hair after starting to come here. I certainly am not getting younger or better looking - I promise - it's the HAIR!

I have finally found my ""hair home"" LOL, after years and years of going to salon to salon and stylist to stylist. Going to Farenheit Salon is not just going to a salon it is an experience within it's self. From the talent they have inside that salon to the customer service to the decor! i have been to almost all the stylist there and i would recommend anybody!! every time i leave i cant wait until the next time to return!! I was referred to Devon at Farenheit. This is my first attempt at a salon since moving from NY. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a cut and color that rivals anything my stylist of 10 years ever did. I'm ecstatic. \r \r The salon is a beautiful little boutique salon with a friendly staff. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Dustin, you immediately feel at ease.\r \r WOW!!
