When we checked in they told one of our 10 members that she had to sleep in her car because her room was paid for on a corporate card and it was not here. Our package always includes breakfast. We all asked @ check in and they had our breakfast tickets ad they said we didn't get it. 10 days later they decided to tell us we did and they were sorry, but they didn't give any of us vouchers and they would not even give us free dinner for their mistake or refund to our company. The towels are see thru and rougher than steel wool. Killed a huge freaking roach in my room. Long time Marriott user but this one may have ruined that for me.
