Not happy, they called us, the buyers on Mon. to set up appraisal, we informed them they needed to contact the sellers & provided contact info, then called us again Wed. we repeated the conversation from Mon. and provided the sellers contact info. they then called us again on Fri. and repeated the precess once again. 2 weeks and repeated frustration still no appraisal. They would not take responsibility for not updating their info after the first incorrect call and continued to blame the mortgage company for providing the wrong info even after we provided the correct info 3 times after that.
I have changed this to a 3 star from a 1 star, we did finally get a call from the manager, he said that it was dragging out longer than expected cause we were close to the loan/appraisal amount and it was taking a little more work & time to complete. Still not happy about the week delay, but in the end, we got it done. We did have to postpone our move by 1 day due to this one week gap.
