A group had 5 different dishes, beef, shrimp, chicken and noodles plus fried rice and soup. All were very good.

The best Chinese food I've found outside of NYC. And a full bar, too. What more could a nice Jewish girl want? Now, if they're open on christmas, I'm ALL over that!

Way too bland, overpriced, small portions, very disappointing !!! Yuck!
I went to have lunch at this restaurant today, the food was ok. But the service was horrible. I gave my order to a witch who wouldn't even speak to you then had a totally different person bring me my food and then had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come by and bring us our check and to top it all off did not come back again for another 10 minutes. Needless to say this person most likely was not happy when she figured out what her tip should have been. I would never go back to this restaurant and do not recommend it at all.

There is truly a lack of good Chinese in Fort Lauderdale. I will only eat at Christina Wan's. Christina is a very smart articulate middle aged lady who runs a great business. Her husband works in the kitchen and is also a really great guy. The people and the great food make this place a winner.\r \r I have asked for modifications in preparation style - no problem. They even have a low carb, dieters menu which ROCKS.\r \r I have never found anyone (other than fellow diners) to be arrogant or with an attitude) not giving great service. This is the Christina Wan culture - feed them well without robbing and deliver great service.\r

Warm rushes of wickedly spiced soup slurped from the deep bowls of Asian soup spoons deliver the first hints that Christina Wan's excels at the fine art of spicing. Not only that, but the resident chefs know how to make food look so appealing -- so fragrant, so appetizing -- I've considered asking for one of everything.\r \r To complete the winning equation, the ambiance is white tablecloth -- rare in Chinese restaurant experiences -- with a menu and wine list to match. There's raack of lamb ($24) marinated in grilled lemongrass to remind you this is an Asian spot, and Peking duck ($35) -- available without advance ordering. Or, have orange peel beef, mu shu pork, chow fun and cashew shrimp. But, if it's esoteric you want -- jellyfish salad or steamed duck feet -- save Christina Wan's for another time.\r By Judith Stocks | Dining Correspondent \r January 26, 2007

Dining at Wan?s has been a long standing tradition that the Cundy family has shared with friends, family, and clients for many years. Over the years, we have discovered many new culinary adventures at Wan?s. Items that can be found on the menu and specially prepared dishes that are not. \r The Cundy preferred method of dining at Wan's is ?Dim Sum? style, which is having small portions of a variety of different foods.\r \r If you do not see anything that appeals on the menu below and you are adventurous and daring, you can ask for either Christina or Jason, the proprietors, describe what you would like and let them create something special for you.\r \r Tom Cundy, Jr.\r

During a vacation from New York, we drove for an hour from Palm Beach Shore to this restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale. The seating was horrible. Nobody wanted to sit in the large center area because it was so dark. Only few seatings on the side were slightly brighter but soon we found out the space between table and seat was so tight that we couldn't barely move or breath. We required a table switch. The old waiter/or manager wasn't too happy about it. We waited 10 minutes for the menu and finally got our food ordered and later served. At the end we paid the bill and asked the old waiter to pack our food. He was very unhappy. When he returned to hand me the bagged food, he gave me a terrible look of his face. I said 'thank you', he turned away. I will not recommend anyone of my friends to go to this place because nobody will enjoy their meal with the attitude given by any of the restaurant staff. Later we show a photo of the restaurant's owner -- Mr.&Mrs Wan, the old waiter looked just exectly like Mr. Wan.
