Integrity is not just the name of the company but how I would describe the owners and their staff. I had the opportunity to meet the owners and they were patient with me in a very difficult time (part of my home was very warm due to a non-functioning unit which needed replacing). They made the process go smoothly. Everything was explained clearly from obtaining the necessary permit to the install of the unit and the timeline. When it came to having the unit installed their staff was very punctual and courteous. I hardly knew they were working in my home, my dog made more noise than they. Upon completion they clean up the rubbish and it was if they were not even in the house except my home was cooler. I would use this company again if need be in the future.
I am a nurse in a very busy ER who works night shift. My fiance called me at 2am saying that the AC was acting funny. I finished my 3rd shift in a row and got home to a house that felt like the surface of the sun.
I called and spoke to the owner of this company who was at my house within an hour. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and solved the problem within a couple of minutes. He explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it and how it effected my AC unit overall.
Thankfully the problem was an easy one. It was also very easy on the wallet. Rest assured, if there is another problem in the future, THIS company will be keeping us as clients.
It is very hard to find a company with integrity here in south Florida and for one to have it listed in its name, they really mean it! 5 stars cannot say enough for this review. Excellent, excellent, excellent service. Thank you!
I don't normally write reviews, but his is a great company, so it HAD to be done! Nobie treated us fairly when ALL other local companies lied to us. It's so sad that this happens, but it does. Nobie, and Integrity Air, were a referral from a friend and I quickly discovered why. Long story short, a company with the initials JF had been stringing us along making up numerous lies about my system. It was 86 degrees in my house and all I wanted to hold me over was refrigerant. They made me suffer and wait for two weeks. Once I acquired Nobie's number, he came the same day with refrigerant and my home was back to cool in no time.!!!! Did I mention it was his day off???? Turns out the coil I needed was local and under warranty. I was told it had to come in from Miami and was no longer under warranty - More Lies!!! Never again!

I've been having numerous A.C. issues over the past 2 years. Every call to integrity AC was answered promptly and a tech was sent to my home within a timely manner. I recently decided to purchase a new Rheem AC due to recent issues. Integrity took the time to sit down with me and patiently go through all the available options. The install was set up at my convenience; and my home has never been more comfortable.
I had a A/C company call me with a "special." When the tech came out, he told me that the air conditioner was very old and rusted. He put in two pounds of fluid and said it wouldn't hold it and said that I needed a new one. They quoted me an exorbitant price. So, I call Integrity - he came right over and put fluid in my air conditioner and said I had at least two to three years left. I have been cool every since. I trust Integrity and that is everything!
After making 25 calls to A/C companies I found this great company they are an honorable company, I got great honest advice from these guys, they know the market and their product and were very pleasant to talk too. I will work with this company form now on, i've stopped searching for companies to help.
I called integrity Ac because my outside unit wasn't turning on, they were able to fit me in 3 hours after I called and even in the middle of a rain storm with an umbrella they fixed my unit, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg
