        Overall

        Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I've ordered from them several times and pickup at their location is super SLOOOOW. They take forever to charge you and get the order to the pickup area. Last time I was there it took 20 minutes! On top of that, they had called me and told me my order had arrived and I could come and pick it up. When I got there (after driving 45 minutes) they had actually sold my boxes to someone else!!! And of course they were out of stock so I had to settle for different size boxes that are basically useless for me.



        If it weren't for the fact that they are the cheapest (by far) in town. I would have stopped doing business with them .
