I absolutely love this club...When I first moved to Florida I was hoping that I would be able to get back into the gym. After three years of physical neglect, my once in shape body was now over 40lbs of fat heavier...I know disgusting. I was hoping that I would be able to get even 3 solid days in weekly. I called and spoke to Ezra and decided to go in to meet with him. This feels like a hard core gym, people there are serious about training. It doesn't feel primal, just serious. People are here to workout, this is not a pick up spot. (Then again I am a bit overweight...lol). This place has really motivated me, I now get in anywhere from 5-6 serious workouts weekly. I even convinced my wife to join although we have a full service gym at the building where we live. She now gets in 5-6 days a week as well. We're both doing the personal training, I'm with Mike, she's with Carol. The head trainer Doug is awesome, I text this guy all the time with "what can I eat" questions. This is a great gym, you should definitely give it a shot.

Personal training at its best. Patrick's knowledge of the body and the training necessary to improve it are an achievable goal with him. He also has a program to improve your golf game and I have dropped 8 strokes since starting that process. His gym is also void of over muscular persons that can be intimidating to people. He also creates a program that is stimulating and avoids boredom. I am healthier since I started with Patrick 6 years ago.
Our family loves Fort Lauderdale Stars!! We started in Mom n Me and continued through the recreational program. My husband and I knew our children weren't "gymnasts" however the staff at Stars always made our kids feel great about themselves. We tell everyone about this program! The facility is clean, the instructors care about their students and the classes are safe and well organized.
