I have been taking my pet named Victor to the New York Dog Spa & Hotel for the past 3 years. They've taking care of him as if he was their own. When Victor was a puppy he developed doggie ache and needed to use a special shampoo and take antibiotic, though Victor no longer has this skin condition the staff is still aware of it and have included this info in VIctor's file. They remind me to bring Victor's shampoo and have gone as far as offering to contact the veterinary if I needed shampoo for Victor's upcoming appointment. Victor has also had other issues like being afraid of the vacuum after a bath, and needing a special comb for his very short hair. One of the the staff member's here, named Kimberly is extremely alert and attentive with the customers, in addition, she works really hard in accomodating the customer's needs. I always felt as if I had her undivided attention even though there were a ton of other things happening around her. She treated my little one the same way. I've met a number of the other staff members here and they have also always been outstanding. The place is always clean and there is A TON of space for the doggies to run around or spend quiet time alone in a private space if they don't want to be bothered. My doggie Victor loves it here and I quite frankly love everything about this plave as well.

Many people believe taking their dog to daycare is silly but I'm so thankful for Dog Wash Doggie Boarding and Daycare! After getting a puppy a few months ago, I was so scared to leave her at home so I began researching daycares for dogs. I went in to tour the facilities at Dog Wash and was amazed by how clean and well run the place was. The staff was really friendly and had lots of experience so I decided to give the place a try. Norma loved it the very first day and had a great time playing with the other dogs. This is definitely a high ranked daycare for dogs!
A daycare for dogs? Seems absurd, right? Well, I was hesitant to try it but after boarding out dog there for a few nights and seeing how she interacted with the friendly staff and other dogs, I decided to bring her to daycare a few times a month. The place is well run and affordable so even though dog daycare may be a luxury, it is a fun one for our dog. She enjoys coming for the interaction with the other animals and since it's safe, it's a great option. Dog Wash Doggie Boarding and Daycare is a great place!
