CPR: Cell Phone Repair: I called CPR to get an estimate to repair a lense on my Sony Erickson W580i. I was quoted $35 labor and $40 for the part. I asked if I could bring in my own part and just pay for the cost of labor, the lady stated that would be fine. I brought my phone in to be repaired along with the additional lense. The lady who quoted me on the co...st stated that she would honor her original estimate but should have charged me $45 for the labor. On my contact it states that only my lenses are to be replaced. When I went to pick up my phone the gentlemen there explained that the LCD needed to be replaced, the LCD and screen are the same part. I explained to him that the lady who wrote out my contact should have informed me of that or called me to inform me. If I would have known this information I would not have brought in two broken LCD screens to be swapped out just to be charge a fee for another non working screen. When I returned to the store with a working LCD screen the man refused my business.CPR: Cell Phone Repair: Thank you CPR for referring me to FULL CYCLE CELLULAR at the Foothills Mall to repair my cell phone for less money and time. Friendly, professional and polite staff. I dropped my Blackberry in water and destroyed it. Full Cycle Cellular handled my problem immediately and had me on a replacement Blackberry within 24 hours. I actually like the refurbished model better than the one I drowned! They are honest, trustworthy and quote affordable prices. I was recommended to them by a friend who works for a major US Cell phone carrier company! I would certainly go back there again, if I destroy another great technological device! Thanks for your help Full Cycle. My sales associate was a Navy Vet....so thanks to you, too.
