never buy a used car from this...

never buy a used car from this dealership. I haven't made the first payment on my vehicle and it has spent 2 weeks in the shop. The same thing is wrong with it now as the first day I drove it. Bad transmission and and warped bake rotors, they will not fix it. They claim it is a different code. Regardless, it stops pulling going down the interstate and you have to ease over to the side of the road, turn off the engine, then restart it. I am a disabled elderly lady with two disabled people living with me. I have to depend on the car to go to doctor visits, take them to the day program, etc. I traded my car in and of course, it has already been sold. I can't afford $3,315 to have it fixed. This is a lemon, but it is the car I was looking for. I never dreamed that I would be sold a lemon. The least they could do would be to either fix it, like they were supposed to have done before I finished the paperwork, or replace it with another Chrysler just like it.

I have called the bank and discussed the problem with them. I wanted them to know that the car they financed was a lemon.

I have talked to the assistant general manager (John Fischer) but I was told that I shouldn't have bought the car if it was something wrong with it. Well, I thought they had reliable mechanics when I was told they would fix it. I'm 63 years old and I was at their mercy when purchasing this car. They shouldn't have sold a car that was torn up, especially after I told them something was shaking in the front end, and that the car had quit pulling going up the interstate and I had to pull over on the side and shut the engine off and crank it again. Then on the way back to the dealership, it happened again on the interstate.

I guess I should have known that all they wanted was the money and could care less about the old lady.

They tried to satisfy me with purchasing another car to replace the Chrysler 300 with. Each one was not was I was looking for. I want this one fixed or replaced with one like it.

Worst Car Dealership

This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. The salesmen are complete Jerks, they do not care about the customer. They try to lie or not tell you everything to get you to buy a car. This place has horrible customer service and is the definition of sleazy car salesmen. I finally walked out after being treated so badly. Save your time and go somewhere else.
