I am hoping to have a better experience the next time we speak.. this first time was not at all pleasant. I had emailed for answers but was met with sarcasm with every question I posed. Maybe my small order is not sufficient to bother with. That would be good information to know. Granted, I was in the middle of something else the next day when the call was returned, so it did take me a minute to collect my thoughts, but still, the attitude was uncalled for. I hope to have an improved exchange if I order from them. I see they have a long business history, so this may have been a bad day, but that would have been a good thing to consider before he made the return call.
