Bob's Appliance Service

I called set-up an appointment & was told they would be there in two days between 2:00 & 6:00 p.m. There was NO service & they did not call and tell that NO one would come. Never use Bob's Appliance! No Show & No call service!

I would not recommend this "company" at all. I should have known better by the way I was treated on the phone. Our microwave broke and they repair guy charged us $ 60 to come in and literally take a look at the microwave and tell us that it was the magnatrom that needed to be changed (which I already knew from the LG service representative on the phone) and that it would take 2 men, 3 hrs and $250 to repair. Customer service for this company was a disaster. The woman on the phone was rude and never told me how much it would cost for the guy to come out and "diagnose." When I asked her, she said, "you will have to talk to the repair man." It's is obvious the are used to taking advantage of people who need their appliances repaired right away. I take responsibility for being so trusting and expecting them to act in good faith. It is a good lesson learned. Don't call these people! They will rip you off.

I would not reccommend these people to anyone, ESPECIALLY Marty. Not only was he EXTREMELY rude, but he also failed to fix our dishwasher after THREE TIMES of coming out. Finally they sent someone else, who did fix the problem, but our overall experiece was terrible. I would highly reccommend someone else!!!

I've been using Bob's Appliance Service for over 20 years. The have always given me great service. Even saving me money buy fixing a part for fraction of the price of new one. Unless things have changed dramatically, I will keep using them.

Long story short, it cost me over a hundred to have the inside sightbulb replaced in my microwave and it took 2 men coming at 2 different times. If I had know how easy it was I would have done it myself. Won't be recommended these folks.

I'm not impressed with Bob's Appliance at all, and they never even saw my refrigerator. They couldn't fit me in for five days. Guess my food going bad is not that important to them. After waiting four days, I got a referral from a company in north Denver, which was same day service AND less expensive.

BOB'S APPLIANCE WAS WONDERFUL I HAD A TECH COME OUT TO MY HOME AND REPAIR MY WASHER THE SAME DAY HE WAS THERE. HE ALSO HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE REPAIR MAN FINISHED THE REPAIR IN UNDER AN HOUR IT WAS WONDERFUL.
