I started up an online retail biz last fall and used coast pack and ship to ship to my customers. They did an amazing job and were a huge help to a newbie like me. Best shipping rates and Brenda spent a lot of time fixing a shipping mistake I made at no cost. Great business.

The ladies that own and run this shipping company are top notch. My husband and I have been using this shipping company for about a year now. As well Brenda is an excellent mobile signing agent. we highly recommend this company.

I opened an account with them renting a mailbox and a storage unit. I had to put down a deposit on both the box and unit. I paid my bill on time each month. When I cancelled my accounts I was told that they had to let the home office know so that they could refund my deposit on the storage unit. I was also told that they would withhold the deposit for the mailbox in case I had any mail that needed to be forwarded.

I waited a month before I called to ask about the storage unit deposit and even then it took another week to get the check.

I just got a call from them the other day telling me that I needed to come there to get some mail that I have there and that it would cost me money to get that mail.

When I cleared out the storage unit I left it cleaner than it was when I moved into it, and I paid for a full month and left it half way through.

I was renting a storage unit for $79/month but wanted to move to a smaller unit to save money. They had a $39 unit available but it was raining cat's and dogs so it would have been a miserable day to move all my stuff so I asked if I could rent the unit that day and make the move the next day. They told me no, if I wanted to rent the smaller unit I would have to rent them both which would have cost me $120. I asked if I would get that money back when I moved my stuff and they said NO! I would loose the money I paid into the bigger unit. I went back the next day to rent the smaller unit and it was already rented.

They don't have any way for people who have no car to get out if the walking gate is locked.

This business is one to avoid at ALL COST!!! Pardon the language but these folks are real scumbags.
