        One thing

        My wife had tires put on her truck while I was out of town. She said they were very nice people, but couldn't align the vehicle due to worn out parts. They went through the effort to tell her about something that would cost more, but neglected to tell her they broke the cable that holds the spare up underneath her vehicle, instead, tossing the spare and the broken part in the back.
