Blackhawk Fitness

I've been in Fort a few months and one of the first places I found was Blackhawk Fitness. They have been very accomodating. I have been wheelchair bound for about 12 years and was looking for a place to build strength and tone my body after losing weight. I found so much more. The class I attend, three days a week, is called "Silver Sneakers". It is a fitness class geared for people with lowered mobility. I have accomplished great things with the help of Amy, the fitness trainer, and Chris as well. They are very concerned about my needs and what I want to accomplish. They give great suggestions and are always "there for ya"! This is the first place Ive been to that I WANT to come to in the winter. To me that is amazing cuz I dont like cold weather, yet I come in my scooter. A very great place to come, especially if you have goals in mind for your health. Thank you, Chris, and Amy!
