        This was my first and only visit as a new patient. Their website said "new patient exam and x-ray" would be $19.00. As I checked out following one of two appointment for cleaning, I was presented with a bill for $1611.65. Balking at that, they reduced it to $980.00. Choosing not to continue at their practice, I was charged $243.00 for x-rays and partial cleaning, which I paid. They billed me for three tubes of washes and pastes which I would have declined if given a choice. So, instead of $19.00, I was charged $243.00, extremely unethical and unprofessional.

        Bizzare!! No privacy, two patients, neither knows the other, the dentist is drilling, while tech holds the gawdawfyl air sucker, giving second dose of epi cause patient says he could feel him drilling?? Dr administered 2cnd or 3rd (?) dose, then waits 10-15 minutes, All the while I'm in next chair in line hearing all this drilling and suction on & on & on,,,,I was able to see and hear ALL the dental racket, I finally cudn't take it anymore, I got up and left, never to return there again. Staff were great, but no privacy big deal for me.
